Case Study - Staffordshire Build
The first Svenskhomes self-build project is underway with delivery taking place the end of August.
With the foundations completed and the essential visit by UK Building Control carried out, building
work was ready to commence the last week in September.
As mentioned in Latest News this will be a long awaited and deserved home and whilst this is a family project
the bulk of the construction work has been carried out by Jeremy leaving Michelle and the children
to take care of all of the farming needs.
Distress calls have been few and far between and when we spoke with Jeremy today he felt that things
are going very well including the new found muscles he has acquired.
The weather has been very wet over the last couple of weeks but the intention is to have the building
water tight by the weekend of 12th December. Once the building is water tight everyone can take a
much deserved break for Christmas.
We will keep posting updates and progress photographs as we receive them but if you are considering a
self-build project and would like to learn more about the Svenskhomes range of buildings please do not
hesitate to give us a call.
