When Swedish people vote for their dream home they often decide on a building from the turn of the century. This design has the character of a more traditional style, whilst benefiting from a modern interior.

The living room is divided into different functional areas with dining area, TV corner and a general quiet area. On the ground floor there is also a spacious library, or perhaps guestroom or office.

The first floor provides a second sitting room, 3 large bedrooms with master bedroom and extra large walk-in wardrobe (possible en-suite), plus separate family bathroom.

A balcony leading from the first floor sitting room is an optional extra.
